Montreal’s latest food hall brings the city’s top chefs, best bars & food experiences to Eaton Center. Montreal’s TimeOut market is both ambitious & big. The downtown food hall features 16 food places, a cooking academy and a retail space sprawled over 40,000 square feet.
The Montreal location is the latest of international outlets including the first hall opened in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2014, and locations like London, Miami, Boston, Dubai (2020) and New York.
We had the chance to attend the pre-launch party and experience the wide array of cuisine offered.
The restaurant line up features the city’s most acclaimed restaurateurs and best culinary hangouts starting with Burger T! that offers sustainable burgers. Chef Normand Laprise is arguably one of the city’s most innovative restaurateurs. At the head of Toqué! since 1993, he was appointed to the Order of Canada for his contribution to the Quebec cuisine scene.
