Sunday brunch at le Kube: tried & true

Okay, YES I’m a big brunch fan so when it comes to local places to try I like to think that I’ve seen it all. Well, I’m the first to admit that in this case, let’s just say that I was dead wrong. Located on site  next to the lobby of the hotel Bonaventure, le Kube was a pleasant surprise. A modern spaceThe food was outstanding; the presentation exquisite. The menu, with fresh ingredients is tailored for those with discerning taste. 

I highly recommend the starter dishes: the salmon tartare with avocado and coco milk mousse and the grilled octopus with candied onions and cherry wine vinegar (Le Kube).
